    Hello,

    Home

When I access this site with IE(I’m using ver.11), the product titles in Korean language appears broken.
You can find the difference when accessing with Chrome or Firefox.

Also, I can’t translate the theme with Loco Translate, because it doesn’t have any template file.
Can you tell me how I can do this?

    Hey,

It seems that the core of this issue if in content of the titles. Those titles which are broken probably contains some specific character.

Try to check this issue on default theme (Twenty-Fifteen for example) by opening page of one product which contains this issue. Let us about the result of the test.

Speaking about translations. Try to generate template file by using loco translate and then you should be able to move further.

To continue receive support you need to extend it in ThemeForest’s product page.

    Thanks for your reply.

I fixed the Korean text issue, and it happened because I used Mac OS to copy and paste the title.

I tried to create a template file with Loco Translate, but it didn’t have all the strings I need to translate.
Can you provide me with a template file?

    Regards,

It should be fine with generated template file. Can you give few examples of texts which are not available for translation?
We just have updated How-to translate documentation, please take a quick look here, it should give better introduction.

Also please make sure you have latest theme’s version as it looks like you are using latest WooCommerece which is not supported in previous theme’s versions.
