To help you with logo issue we will need your FTP access. At the moment image upload in theme’s settings is not working. Looks like one of the plugins overwrites Javascript file include so the small adjustment in theme’s code is needed.
Other problem is when the sidebar resize because the icon become smaller.
Probably this issue persists, because there is no logo, so it would be best return to this when logo upload will be fixed. I removed siteOrigin’s custom CSS code related to the logo to make sure it is not breaking anything.
other thing is the title of blog homepage title because is out of line. i attached screenshoot.
I was not able to figure out why exactly title positioning is broken. During the process I removed custom CSS from siteOrigin, here is removed code:

visibility: visible;
text-align: right;
float: none;
clear: right;
}
Can you please confirm that you haven’t done any updates to the theme’s code files? If there is something updated probably you need to set up fresh copy of the theme.
