ParticipantI click on quickview of a product and I see the thumbnail but it’s being blurred out and in the foreground there is a spinning wheel.
When I look into the network requests in the browser I see that the image is actually loaded. However the quickview seems to not be updated to remove the spinning wheel and remove the blur.

KeymasterHey,
I just tried in your site and it seems to work fine for me. You do have a problem with description length – try creating product excerpts so there is a shorter content to show there.

ParticipantIf you open the homepage and take the first item: ‘Cort CR200’ and select ‘quick-view’ it show the spinning wheel.
I have the same in firefox and chrome. This item has no longer description. I’m not going to the product. I’m using the ‘quick-view’ link on the homepage for a product.
I check on another system and I get the same result as well.

KeymasterOh, I initially understood that the whole quickview was not opening.
It looks to me like the solution you have used for product images is not actually part of the theme, but a custom plugin/script. Thus it might require additional custom coding to make it work with native theme elements. Since we did not make it, we can’t really help with fixing it. If a developer helped you set this up I would suggest contacting them to help with this.

What plugins are installed with the theme? So I can see if others have been installed?August 5, 2019 at 6:17 pm #10441planetshine
KeymasterHey, you can see that in Appearance > Install Plugins

ParticipantApparently the conflicting plugin is:
WooCommerce Additional Variation ImagesPerhaps something to update the theme with as it could be usable for all people having your theme.

ParticipantIs there any way this would be fixed?

KeymasterHey,
Unfortunately, currently there are no plans to add compatibility with this plugin for the theme.
