ParticipantSide bar always appearing below products/blogs/etc. rather than next to them. Have google chrome set at 100% zoom, so not sure why this is happening and not seeing any setting to alter what is in the side bar.

KeymasterHey,
It looks like another plugin is causing the issue. I think you have installed this, right: https://wordpress.org/plugins/post-and-page-builder/?it adjusting the width of various site containers and that breaks everything.

ParticipantI deactivated the plugin and it unfortunately did not resolve the issue,

KeymasterIs it deactivated now? Maybe a caching plugin still serves the styling files from the plugin? I still see that CSS file from that plugin is causing the issue.

ParticipantSorry, I had it reactivated. Whenever I deactivate the background of the page becomes white. I have the addon disabled now and the sidebar is still underneath. Please take a look whenever you get a chance, thank you.

KeymasterHey, your site appears down. I can’t open it. Looks like there is some domain verification issue.

ParticipantSorry about that, try now. Thank you.

KeymasterI still see that the bold grid plugin is adding it’s style sheet and overriding the theme for how things should look.
If you really insist on keeping the plugin you can try adding this css to theme settings to override this, but there will probably be issues in other places.
.container-woocommerce .container, .container-woocommerce .container-fluid { padding: 0; }

ParticipantOnce I disabled all the plugins together, it worked. Thank you so much, I really appreciate your help. I was also wondering do you know by chance where I can edit/add the header background image?
For example in:
http://planetshine.net/demo/polaris/coffee/
Right underneath home/blog/catalog/beans/features, etc. There is an image of coffee, I’m trying to locate where I can upload a separate image myself.March 2, 2020 at 7:50 pm #10763brokenpaws
ParticipantSorry, I didn’t explain the last post properly, I know how to edit/add the header image but what I am trying to replicate is on:
http://planetshine.net/demo/polaris/coffee/On the header image it says “Fresh Roast” and a button that says “Start Shopping” is there any page template that I can copy to mimic the same button/text on the header image? As well as the link bar menu underneath which has the social media links, Support phone number and home/blog/shop links.I’m having trouble setting it up and it’s the last issue that i’m experiencing.

KeymasterHey,
That is the homepage slider. You can read about setting it up here:
http://planetshine.net/docs/polaris-woo/#homepage-sliderYou can create a slider, set it up using the setting and it will take up the full page just like in the demo.
