Hello, I currently have the same concern as some people but even if I look at it I can’t find where the error came from: “Quelque chose a mal tourné. Assurez-vous que le plugin “Planetshine GoodGame Theme Extension” est installé. Vérifiez votre identifiant client Twitch et le nom d’utilisateur de votre streamer.”July 15, 2019 at 7:13 pm #10378
I you don’t seem to have installed wpbakery plugin and so I can’t really test the special sections that use twitch. Can you please enable it and create a twitch page? I could try if it works on your site with my API key, then we’ll know for sure if it’s a theme issue.July 15, 2019 at 7:19 pm #10379
The problem is that the plugin you’re talking about is not free, is it? How can I get it for free?July 18, 2019 at 5:47 pm #10380July 18, 2019 at 6:53 pm #10381
For those who have the same concern as me I put part of the answer that could help you:)
“It’s included with the theme. The old name “Visual Composer” is listed for it (it was renamed to WP Bakery some time ago)”
Back to my concern:)
Otherwise I installed, but it puts me the same mistake, a key problem? yet I was carefulJuly 22, 2019 at 8:04 pm #10388
I tried adding my twitch API key and it worked for your site. Can you please try creating the key again? Some other customer have had these issues before but usually carefully going trough the process from start has helped.

Tell me exactly what to do because I put my key in, whether it’s the public or private one and it doesn’t work:(July 22, 2019 at 9:11 pm #10391
I tested your key on my end and managed to find the reason – twitch recently depracated one of their API versions. My key was generated while it was still active for new users. I’m working on a theme update to fix this, but it will take 1-2 days to complete. Sorry for the inconvenience.July 22, 2019 at 10:31 pm #10393
Ok I knew I was doing everything right haha ^^ well I’m looking forward to the update so ^^^July 24, 2019 at 7:56 pm #10396
Hey, I have submited the update to Envato. It should be available shortlyJuly 24, 2019 at 11:10 pm #10403
the update will be done automatically?July 25, 2019 at 6:30 pm #10406
No, If you have installed Envato Market plugin you can update by using that. Or alternatively you can achieve this using manual update. See this for more info: http://planetshine.net/docs/goodgame-wp/#updating-theme-manualJuly 26, 2019 at 11:30 pm #10419
That’s good, that’s updated, thank you:)
How do I update:’WPBakery’ because it doesn’t work:(July 29, 2019 at 6:50 pm #10423
Hey, we will include an update with the next version of theme.July 30, 2019 at 10:53 pm #10431
Ok thank you very much 🙂 and I wanted to know if it is possible that the stream will automatically launch on the site (no need to click for example) and that the profile image that we get from twitch will be resized before step by step by the site (slow down the site a little)August 1, 2019 at 7:04 pm #10435
Not easily. You can try editing initTwitchPlayer function in wp-content/themes/planetshine-goodgame/theme/assets/js/theme.js. Maybe it works if you try calling play() on player event.
Unfortunately, the image size is not changeable.August 14, 2019 at 7:22 pm #10457
When does the next update come out?
and I just realized that WHEN I’m not on my account (private browsing) or on someone else’s PC when I click to launch the stream it shows not the stream but the home page of my site:(August 15, 2019 at 6:47 pm #10459August 15, 2019 at 7:27 pm #10460
if I upload it I’ll lose all my configuration, right?
for the screen :

If you update the theme you will keep all your settings etc. (as long as the you replace the existing theme in the same folder with the same name).
I can’t seem to replicate the issue you are describing. You are clicking on the twitch stream play button?August 19, 2019 at 7:43 pm #10468
yes, when I’m in stream and not connecting I click and it puts an iframe of my site instead of the one of the streamAugust 19, 2019 at 8:12 pm #10470August 19, 2019 at 8:14 pm #10471
No, I have no problem when I click on the stream it appears but on my site when I stream I don’t have that, I have my site that appears instead of the stream:(August 21, 2019 at 6:44 pm #10481
Sorry, can you make a video of what you click and what happens? I can’t find anything that’s not working on your site or I’m I simply misunderstanding the issue..August 22, 2019 at 8:00 pm #10493August 26, 2019 at 7:12 pm #10500
Have you embeded your website in twitch? Looks like it’s open in an iframe. Maybe that’s throwing it off? Because if you open it by just visiting the website it works fine. I actually think that this might be an issue with the twitch stream embed script, not the theme itself..August 26, 2019 at 7:17 pm #10502
I didn’t understand at all ^^August 26, 2019 at 7:26 pm #10504August 26, 2019 at 10:15 pm #10505
So, I’m on my site and on my site there’s a stream, when I click it still displays my site:(August 28, 2019 at 6:45 pm #10512
Does the happen the same on our test site that I linked above? trying to understand if this is not a browser related issue? I can’t replicate this in any way.August 28, 2019 at 7:13 pm #10516
on your test site I don’t see what to do and where is my stream on itAugust 28, 2019 at 7:21 pm #10518
At the very bottom, in footer widget. Just like in the video you sent previously.August 29, 2019 at 12:00 am #10521
Yes, you do, but why not me?August 30, 2019 at 7:04 pm #10525
But so it works fine when you click it on my site?
Can you try setting up the twitch stream to something that steams all the time? That way maybe I could see the issue on your site.September 3, 2019 at 5:02 pm #10531
it’s done you can go check the footer:)September 4, 2019 at 6:23 pm #10535September 4, 2019 at 6:45 pm #10539
On my side I still have the problem, (in private browsing after emptying the cache and testing on chrome) it still displays my site instead of the stream) so it doesn’t come from that:(September 6, 2019 at 6:15 pm #10540
Try clearing your cache or disabling the caching plugin all together. It’s definitely something related to that and not a bug coming for the theme.September 7, 2019 at 12:17 am #10541
For your information you must log out to see as a user (or in private browsing) because when I am connected in Admin I see that it works but it is when you visit the site without being connected that it does not workSeptember 9, 2019 at 4:35 pm #10544
ok, so something that’s disabled for logged in users is causing this. Try disabling all of your plugins apart from ones that are required by theme. Then enable them one by one until the issue starts happening again. Most likely it’s caching. At this point it’s clear that it can’t possibly be a theme thing. It’s gotta be one of the plugins.September 9, 2019 at 4:46 pm #10546
found in WProcket, you have to disable the COMBINATION OF JS FILES:) otherwise it bawls and blocks everything.
So how do you make sure that the live is displayed directly without having to click? 🙂September 11, 2019 at 6:00 pm #10547
You can try editing initTwitchPlayer function in wp-content/themes/planetshine-goodgame/theme/assets/js/theme.js. Maybe it works if you try calling play() on player event.

you know exactly what to put it into? in the theme.js fileSeptember 16, 2019 at 7:01 pm #10557
